During the day and in the middle of downtown, Soo-ah is taken away against her will and is locked up in a psychiatric hospital without knowing why. There, Soo-ah is constantly injected with drugs and suffers cruel violence, and she begins to write about everything in detail. One year later, a notebook is delivered to Nam-soo, a producer at a broadcasting station. Horrified at the content of the notebook, Nam-soo seeks out Soo-ah to uncover the truth.
